In our shop, we’ve “pulled the stops” to ensure that our stone masons are empowered to take as much time as necessary to produce perfection for our clients.

We designed an industry first with our “Personal Concierge Service” so that each customer knows that they are important to us and we will do everything possible to help them through the design and installation process, resolve any issue or to answer their questions - on their terms!

We continuously request feedback from our customers on how we’re doing and what we can do even better to reduce the level of time and effort they had to expend to become a satisfied customer.
